Attorney - Workers' Compensation Associate - Partnership Track

Our client, a boutique litigation firm, is seeking an Attorney to join their Bridgewater, NJ office.
This is a partnership track position.
Candidates should have Worker's Compensation experience.
Candidates should be admitted to practice in NJ.
This firm primarily handles civil defense litigation, but also takes on some plaintiff side matters. Candidates who bring in plaintiff side matters receive 1/3 of any settlement/verdict fee due to the firm.
This firm also invites Associates to develop defense side business as well. Attorneys receive 15% origination credit for every defense side hour billed.
This is a unique opportunity as a junior or mid level Associate to start developing a book of business.
