Customer Service Supervisor

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to lead our Customer Service team. The Customer Service Supervisor manages the technicians routes and ensures that his department is running efficiently so that our customers are taken care of in a timely and professional manner. This department is the front end of the organization and its performance is integral to our success and strong reputation. You must be able to operate in a fast paced environment, multitask, problem solve, and go the extra mile to get the job done. We provide a competitive salary, health insurance, and other benefits.

Duties

• Manage the technicians and customer service team

• Ensure that the routes are optimized and running efficiently

• Coordinate with the warehouse supervisor to make sure that the technicians always have the correct parts and supplies

• Handle all escalated customer matters and resolve timely

• Take charge of challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.

• Fleet management

• Analyze daily service data

• Provide daily reports to the CEO

• Understand the company’s goals and incorporate into department goals

• Continually look to ways to improve your team/department and promote a positive work environment

• Holds team accountable for their performance

• General office duties

Qualifications/ Requirements

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Must be highly motivated

Strong customer service and communication skills

Clear and concise verbal and written communications skills

Must be computer literate

Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Must be a team player and have a strong work ethic.
