Job Description

Now Hiring BILLING ADMINS!

Essential Skills & Abilities:

Handle Contract billing
Assist in AIA and progress billing.
Provide administrative and operational clerical support to the department or staff.
Organize paperwork in detail oriented electronic filing systems.
Collect and correct paperwork received from multiple departments.
Ability to cross train to assist as backup to other departments at times.
Ability to organize and multi-task efficiently.
Review and support accounting job setup.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Receive incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries.
Handle incoming calls and provide general information, forward calls to the appropriate party and take messages as required.
