Job Description

We are looking for a Director of Operations that is ready to join a manufacturing company that is experiencing significant growth. This is a role for a leader that is constantly anticipating what could happen and is up to date on market conditions to know what to do as a business to get ahead. The ultimate goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and being ahead of the potential issues. The work environment is a an industrial shop/manufacturing facility.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering as this role interfaces with Engineers frequently
Bilingual is a plus
Operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in a welding, fabrication or machining environment is a plus
