  • 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment

A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supportto support Thin Film manufacturing operations within a high-tech production environment. This role supports the fabrication, testing, and separation of thin-film circuits used in advanced electronic measurement equipment.
Manufacturing Operations Support Responsibilities:
  • Support the fabrication, testing, and separation of thin film circuits while following established manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.
  • Handle delicate substrates and circuit materials with precision, using strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Operate and assist with manufacturing equipment, including masking, etching, bonding, probe station, microscope, and camera systems for setup, processing, and visual verification activities.
  • Work closely with engineering teams, trainers, operators, and coordinators while communicating concerns through established escalation channels and supporting overall production goals.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by learning new processes, adapting to evolving manufacturing requirements, and maintaining compliance with quality and ESD standards.

Manufacturing Operations Support Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controlled environment.
  • Experience handling delicate materials, substrates, circuits, or other precision components in a manufacturing or production environment.
