A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support to support day shift manufacturing processes and focus on manual and semi-automated operations, including heat treat support, cleaning, sorting, deburring, and microscopic inspection of precision components.

Manufacturing Operations Support Responsibilities:

  • Perform hand operations processes, including heat treat support, cleaning, sorting, deburring, and assembly of precision components in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Conduct visual and microscopic inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications while handling small, delicate parts.
  • Operate basic manufacturing tools, specialized sorting equipment, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to track and process parts.
  • Maintain efficient workflow by organizing, handling, and processing components with strong attention to detail and manual precision.
  • Collaborate with team members to support operational excellence, safety standards, and production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Manufacturing Operations Support Qualifications:
