We have been retained by a FORTUNE 500 globally recognized automotive supplier who is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Director that will be responsible for leading talent strategy, retention, and full cycle recruiting efforts across an (8) plant division. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Director will be responsible for leading an internal team of (12) while managing external vendor relationships.
Note: This is a 5 day onsite position (no hybrid/remote options). This role could also be based in Greenville, SC or Birmingham, AL.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the TA Director will be responsible for leading (12) direct reports while managing the talent strategy and retention efforts for (8) locations.
- Manage team of (12) responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Drive Continuous Improvement efforts to improve Time to Fill, External Recruiting Costs, in addition to other internal sourcing metrics.
- Work closely with Executive Leadership and other internal stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Participate in workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience leading talent acquisition strategy and full-cycle recruiting, preferably within manufacturing, consumer products, or industrial environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
