We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Administrative Support to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Draft correspondence and other formal documents
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- Plan and schedule appointments and events with prospective clients
- Maintain record of client contact information
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products ad services
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administrative sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
