Play a crucial role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our properties and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in all aspects of property management
• Communicate effectively with tenants and address their needs in a timely manner
• Follow and ensure compliance of all Fair Housing laws
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with technicians
• Lease and market apartment vacancies to maintain high occupancy rates
• Responsibile for renewal efforts to maintain high occupancy rates
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Oversee all details of move-ins and move-outs, giving special attention to apartment inspection reports, monitoring for timely completion, accurate charges and timely scheduling to prepare vacant units for occupancy
• Assist in all legal proceedings concerning eviction notices for the property when applicable
• Work within established budget and review possible variations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in property management or related field preferred- 1 year minimum with AppFolio experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills (Spanish Speaking Favorable)
• Ability prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AppFolio (or other PMS)
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
