What’s a typical day as a Dealer Application Support Specialist? You’ll be:
• Providing tier 2 technical support for software installation and configuration issues
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical queries promptly
• Ensuring software functionality aligns with dealership needs
• Monitoring market feedback and tracking hardware/software issues
• Conducting on-vehicle validation of dealer software and tools
• Collaborating on tasks related to vehicle diagnostics and software reprogramming
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have call center experience and excellent verbal communication skills
• Can convey technical information clearly and concisely
• Possess some experience with automotive diagnostic scan tools
• Have strong oral and written communication skills
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Have experience with enterprise-level computer Wi-Fi networking and configuration
