Job Description

Mission Recruiting is proud to represent a small, but dynamic law firm that specializes helping employers in Labor Law disputes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wage disputes, and wrongful termination cases. Responsibilities include client counseling, case management, and courtroom representation. Must possess excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. CA Bar admission required. Experience in state and federal courts and Spanish speakers preferred.

$120,000 - $195,000+ (DOE) + bonus opportunities
