About the Position

The Title 22 Analyst shall support DSCA in carrying out analyses, develop AM&E techniques, tools, and approaches specific to DoD-administered Title 22, and support the execution of Continuous Process Improvement Board (CPIB) recommendations.

Daily responsibilities include:

Carrying out analyses and developing AM&E techniques, tools, and approaches specific to DoD-administered Title 22
Analyzing and summarizing disparate information in a clear and concise manner
Drafting data collection methodologies
Creating organizational work plans based on higher-level goals
Leading and coordinating multiple offices through multiple step processes without being a direct supervisor
Supporting staff with a variety of levels of knowledge and capabilities
Application of government agency regulations and procedures to control materials and information

Qualifications

a Bachelor's degree;
7-10 years of AM&E experience, including analyzing and summarizing disparate information in a clear and concise manner, drafting data collection methodologies, creating organizational work plans based on higher-level goals, leading and coordinating multiple offices through multiple step processes without being a direct supervisor, and supporting staff with a variety of levels of knowledge and capabilities;
5 years of experience in the execution and analyses of DoD-administered Title 22
Oral and written communication skills to deal effectively with mid and high level partner contacts, the host government, and local communities;
Ability to apply government agency regulations and procedures related to controlled unclassified information and foreign disclosure to daily work requirements;
Excellent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet programs and data base management;
Active Secret security clearance
