$42,000 to $50,000/Annually

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our growing team! This position will expose the selected candidate to all facets of our Marketing Department and provide you with the tools to successfully grow your career within our organization. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized, proactive, detail oriented and passionate to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and organize activities such as weekly team meetings, travel, conferences, trade shows, webinars and quarterly team outings
  • Work directly with the marketing team to assist in the coordination of special projects
  • Prepare items including newsletters, meeting minutes, memos, proposals, expense reports, promotional materials and employee of the month announcements
  • Interact and establish networking relationships with outside clients and vendors by providing customer service via telephone, email and face to face
  • Prepare client orders and distribute to correct team member for follow up and quoting
  • Coordinate between marketing and sales department to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational problems
  • Maintain all vendor files, including preparing new files and sending old files off site
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks; filing, scanning, copying, Excel spreadsheets, assisting in answering department calls, etc.

Requirements:

  • Associates/Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however we are willing and eager to train the right individual
  • 6+ months of general corporate office experience, required. Will look at internships
  • Ability to lead as well as follow and execute instructions effectively
  • Must be highly organized, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Must be solution driven
  • Must be able to have FUN
