Description
Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. The starting wage is $19. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. Responsibilities
• Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria
• Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments
• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
• Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner
• Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
Qualifications
• Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
• The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
• 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role
• Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
• Driver's license and clean driving record is mandatory
