Job description

Under the direction of Engineering Management, the role of Maintenance Engineer includes being responsible for a safe and efficient operation, performing routine service calls, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues and completing repairs across a range of systems and equipment. The incumbent performs routine service calls, room calls, and inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. The role may involve working independently or assisting licensed tradespersons.  High School diploma / GED, Trade school required or Accredited Certifications.  Two (2)+ years’ commercial experience in a qualified technical field.  Working knowledge of hand tools, mechanical/electrical aptitude.  The Maintenance Engineer must comply with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation’s Policies and Procedures and always uphold safety protocols and regulatory standards.
