Job Description

We are looking to grow our staff at Evergreen Cleaning Services! We are currently looking to fill 3-4 positions to serve our mountain property clients. Our focus at Evergreen Cleaning Services are short term vacation rentals, but we are also taking on recurring residential and commercial properties. We provide our clients with our property management services, and are a trusted partner with various vacation rental sites and property management companies.

The positions available are 1099 contract positions and full-time W2 roles. The pay starts at $20/hr up to $30/hr, depending on experience.

You must have prior cleaning experience. Be 18 years or older, speak fluent English, and have your own dependable mode of transportation, preferably 4x4 or all-wheel drive vehicles, that is capable of driving in inclement weather. You must also have a flexible schedule, and will be required to work some during the day on the weekends, and jobs in the foothills and surrounding mountain areas.

Requirements of Employment:

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver's license.
Have your own dependable vehicle with good tires and AWD/4X4.
Provide proof of car insurance.
Speak and read English fluently.
