Project Manager

Image One is looking for a motivated and determined Signage and Imaging Project Manager who will supervise the creation of designs, concepts, and layouts of specific projects from start to completion. This position requires special skills and abilities to create visual presentations and imagery with the purpose of communicating a message to the target audience.

Responsibilities:

· Supervising and executing creation of custom signage, logo generation, signage manufacturing, and many other forms of visual communication.

· Ensuring all assigned projects are properly scoped, designed, and executed with an emphasis on strict scope, budget, schedule control, and customer satisfaction.

· Continually deliver projects within approved budget and schedule with the highest quality and most effective and efficient manner.

· Maintain and manager multiple projects simultaneously.

· Daily communication with clients and contractors, as well as interoffice personnel including production, engineering, purchasing, and accounting departments.

· Influence creative and marketing knowledge to develop newly inspired ideas for specific clientele.

Skills & Abilities:

· Three or more years of Project Management experience

· Experience in the Signage industry

· Excellent creative and innovative skills

· Self-starting personality: ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively

· Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and effectively execute in a fast-paced work environment

· Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high quality results

· Expertise with finance (budgets, cash flows, etc.) and business practices

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office

· EPICOR experience a plus

· Ability to work and communicate professionally and effectively with others at all levels of the organization

· Capable of working independently and as part of a team to take on tasks with high levels of complexity

· Ability to complete and manage projects with minimal direction

Required Experience/Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management preferred or qualified, equivalent experience
