Image Solutions provides enterprise uniform programs, branded apparel, and promotional products for leading companies including Apple, Albertsons, Discount Tire, and Chili's. We design, source, manufacture, and distribute apparel programs that help companies elevate their brand and empower their teams nationwide.

The Role

We're seeking a Director of Sales & Sales Operations to drive enterprise revenue growth and build the infrastructure for a scalable sales organization.

This leader will focus on winning large national uniform programs, developing a strong sales pipeline, leading the sales team, and implementing the processes, tools, and metrics required for predictable growth.

Sales cycles typically range 12-18 months and involve complex RFP processes and executive decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new enterprise business and national program wins
  • Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Implement scalable sales processes, CRM discipline, and forecasting
  • Track and improve key metrics including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and sales cycle performance
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful customer program launches

Qualifications

  • 8+ years enterprise B2B sales experience
  • 5+ years leading revenue-generating sales teams
  • Experience closing large enterprise or national programs
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, forecasting, and sales analytics
  • Apparel, uniforms, or promotional products industry experience is a plus
