Description

Position Summary:

The Aviation Advisor / Sales Analyst plays a hybrid dual role driving sales in their local region and supporting the national sales team through data analytics and enablement. This person plays crucial role in optimizing the Jet Linx sales process for both Jet Card Sales and Aircraft Management by improving efficiency and driving revenue growth. The position will collaborate with the sales team, cross-functional teams, and executive management to develop and execute strategies that align with Jet Linx goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. HubSpot (CRM) administration including but not limited to reporting, data management, integrations, trainings, documentation of existing processes and more
  2. Evaluation and implementation of new sales enablement technologies
  3. Assist in top of funnel lead generation via new and existing lead sources, vetting and deployment to the sales team
  4. Assist in creation, tracking, enforcement of KPIs related to all Jet Card, ACM, and Base KPIs.
  5. Work with sales leadership to utilize team and individual data derived through sales process to build recommended for areas of improvement
  6. Assist as needed in ACM prospect budget and proposal processes
  7. Deep understanding of all components of technology suite, backend workings, and future vision to enhance use and maximize system abilities
  8. Assist in onboarding new hire sales reps into technology suite
  9. Partner with ACM Sales to for refinement of reporting and process through aircraft conformity
  10. Work closely with Base Leadership to understand actionable areas of opportunity for increasing member flight hours followed by deployment of solutions
  11. §Develop and execute local sales plans to identify, qualify, and cultivate new client relationships
  12. Achieve or exceed established sales targets for relationship cultivation and lead generation
  13. Stay informed of current market trends in private aviation, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
  14. Cold call prospective ACM and Jet Card customers with multi-channel efforts
  15. Build and maintain relationships with local community influencers to drive referrals
  16. Other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Proven experience in data management, reporting, and relevant systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate analysis and insights into actionable business plans
  • CRM knowledge and ability to learn and evolve CRM instances
  • Strong understanding of work order processing, sales processes, and customer relationship
  • Management
  • Desire to be part of a highly collaborative, high performance team
  • Working knowledge of all organizational functions and mesh points
  • Demonstrated ability to work well across functional groups to drive synergies and achieve business objectives
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and fluid deadlines
  • Able to initiate and execute complex, cross-functional projects with minimal guidance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the company and its customers
  • Operate office equipment as needed


Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience; preferred background in data analysis and sales enablement


Physical Requirements:
  • Work is completed in home office. Up to 20% travel required
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Able to complete physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing to perform daily work functions
  • Must be able to move up to 25 pounds on an infrequent basis
