The Subrogation Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough research, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our efforts in recovering funds for our clients. Job Responsibilities:
SubroIQ, An ARMStrong Receivables Company is seeking a Subrogation Research Analyst as we continue to grow our team. The Subrogation Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough research, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our efforts in recovering funds for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering accurate and efficient results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research Support:
- Perform analysis of insurance claims and apply relevant industry regulations.
- Gather, analyze, and organize data from various sources to support subrogation claims.
- Assist in identifying missed subrogation opportunities and strategies through meticulous investigation.
- Administrative Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the subrogation team, including fulfilling document requests.
- Maintain accurate records of case details, correspondence, and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients to facilitate information exchange and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, requests, and updates related to research and administrative tasks.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards to ensure compliance throughout the research and subrogation process.
- Perform quality checks and reviews to verify the accuracy and completeness of research findings and administrative documentation.
- Proven experience in administrative support, research, or a similar role. Insurance industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- $35,000 - $40,000 (DOE)
