We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant & Office Coordinator to join our team in Manchester, NH. The role will directly support the Senior Manager of Office Administration and provide administrative assistance to the G&A leadership team, including finance, legal, and HR departments. This position will involve a range of responsibilities including calendar management, project support, coordination of onsite meetings, space planning, travel booking, and establishing efficient filing systems. The successful candidate must be able and willing to work in our Manchester, NH office 2-3 days per week.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Manager of Office Administration and G&A leadership team.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the leadership team.
- Assist with project support, including tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and support onsite meetings, including setting up conference rooms, managing kitchen supplies, and ensuring office supplies are stocked.
- Assist with space planning and office layout adjustments as needed.
- Handle travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Establish and maintain electronic filing systems for departments to ensure efficient document management.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative support role preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in the Manchester, NH office 2-3 days per week.
- Experience with space planning and/or project management is a plus.
Environmental/Safety/Physical Work Conditions
- Ensures environmental consciousness and safe practices are exhibited in decisions
- Use of computer and telephone equipment and other related office accessories/devices to complete assignments
- May work extended hours during peak business cycles
- Physical requirements such as lifting specific weights
- Some travelling is expected
