$0.75 shift differential for night shift
SUMMARY Responsible for running machinery or producing product at or above quoted cycle time/rate, inspecting product for any defects or nonconformities and reporting any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Operate assigned machinery.
- Clip, trim, visually inspect and package quality product as required in the job instruction sheet
- Follow all Vaupell policies and procedures
- Must follow all safety rules and procedures at all times
- Accurate reporting of all scrap produced during the shift
- Follow all Five “S” requirements.
- Bolt, clip, screw, cements heat stake or otherwise fasten parts together.
- Use CNC or Mill.
- Makes sure area is clean and set-up properly.
Additional responsibilities for operators performing Medical Device assembly operations.
• Complete record keeping documents as required for Device History Record files.
• Must follow specific environmental and product procedures and/or protocol to ensure accurate and traceable documentation of products.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
