Job Description: As a Server/Waiter/Waitress at Koko, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and providing them with menus
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing recommendations and answering any questions guests may have about the menu
• Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Anticipating guests' needs and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations
• Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and resolving them promptly
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area and work stations
• Completing opening & closing duties as per the restaurant standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a server/waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
• Fluent in English (at least 80% proficiency); bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings and willingness to learn and adapt
• Flexible schedule to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
