Business Development Receptionist

Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls is looking to add team members to our Business Development Center. We are committed to continued growth across all levels of our business. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Report to the Business Development Manager or Service Director regarding objectives, daily/weekly call volume plans, etc.
• Assist customers with their vehicle inquiry and set appointments for dealership personnel/ service department
• Follow up with clients that were in the dealership to ensure positive experience
• Experience with Automotive software systems is a plus
• Trainable, positive attitude and desire to succeed
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
• Professional appearance, good communication skills, strong presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proficient computer and internet skills, including basic knowledge of Excel
• Bilingual a plus
