QA Clerk - Part Time

City Brewing Company, a leading contract manufacturer in the beverage industry, has an immediate opening for an entry level, part-time Quality Assurance Clerk. This position is

a unique opportunity to gain experience and an ideal fit for someone pursuing a degree in Biology, Food Science or similar field. This position will provide support to the Quality Assurance Department in a clerical and administrative capacity and have entry level appropriate projects.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Collect and file documents
• Review of production records for accuracy
• Perform data entry and generate reports
• Organize and ship product samples, maintain supplies inventory
• Assist with set up for daily taste panel

Qualified candidates will possess:

• High School diploma
• College level science coursework
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills
• Works effectively both in a team environment and independently
• Able to handle a number of assignments and responsibilities while managing interruptions, changing priorities and deadlines
• Able to maintain confidentiality

The ideal candidate is available for approximately 15 hours per week during the school year and 20-25 hours during the summer. The hours may vary based on department needs. We are willing to accommodate class schedules, but require defined availability during normal business hours, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. This position is also available as an internship.
