Scuba.com, nestled in the heart of Costa Mesa, CA, is on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) up to a PADI Master Instructor to join our passionate team. With a deep-rooted love for the ocean and all aquatic endeavors, we are eager to welcome an individual who shares our enthusiasm. This role encompasses teaching courses and collaborating with our retail team to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. If you're a seasoned OWSI (or higher) with a minimum of 1-year teaching experience and possess excellent interpersonal skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Qualifications:

PADI OWSI Certification or Higher

Proficient in team environments, with a genuine passion for SCUBA diving.

Strong customer service ethos is essential.

Availability to work weekends and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities:

Conduct PADI programs ranging from DSD to Divemaster certification.

Assist in retail sales in store.

Collaborate with store personnel and management to enhance our dive education initiatives.

Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Previous retail and sales experience is beneficial.
