Role
As an HVAC Service Manager (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, HVAC Operations Manager), you will oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC units. You will also manage a team of technicians and installers, ensuring all work is completed on time and meets quality standards. Regular inspections, diagnosing mechanical issues, and overseeing property maintenance for HVAC/R systems are also part of your key responsibilities.
