We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to contribute to the well-being of our vibrant 55+ community in Mesa. If you have experience in building repairs, construction, and general maintenance, along with skills in drywall, painting, electrical work, trash pick-up, tree trimming, and lawn mowing, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Building Maintenance: Execute repairs and maintenance tasks for residential buildings within the community.
2. Construction Skills: Utilize construction skills for various projects and improvements.
3. Landscaping Expertise: Contribute to the aesthetic appeal of the community through tree trimming, lawn mowing, and landscaping activities.
4. Pool Maintenance: If you have pool experience, it's a plus!
5. Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards in all maintenance activities.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven experience in building repairs, construction, and general maintenance.
2. Versatility: Skills in drywall, painting, electrical work, trash pick-up, and other general maintenance tasks.
3. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when needed.
4. Good Driving Record: A plus for candidates with a good driving record.
5. Background Check: Successful completion of a drug and background check.

Working Hours:

• Spring: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• Summer: 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
• Fall: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
