Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our security officers and ensuring the safety and security of our client's premises.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of security officers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

- Conduct regular patrols to monitor the premises and ensure all security protocols are being followed

- Respond to alarms and security breaches in a timely and effective manner

- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports as needed

- Collaborate with management to develop and implement security procedures and protocols

- Assist with scheduling and coordinating shifts for security officers

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to security officers

- Serve as a point of contact for clients and address any security concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry

- Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

- Valid security license/certification (if required by state regulations)

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications are a plus
