Job description

Security Field Supervisor

Job Title: Security Field Supervisor

Location: Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas

Schedule: Friday-Tuesday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay: $21.25 Per Hour

Overview:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Armed Security Supervisor to oversee field operations and support daily branch activities. This role combines leadership, field supervision, and administrative responsibilities to ensure high-quality security services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support field security officers
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with policies and post orders
  • Respond to call-offs, scheduling needs, and field issues
  • Complete incident reports and documentation
  • Train and onboard new hires
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain communication with staff, management, and clients
  • Step in to cover shifts as needed (up to 50% of workweek)
  • Address performance issues and support employee development

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Prior supervisory experience in security or related field
