Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate security operations in the field. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage security personnel effectively to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel in the field.
  • Conduct regular inspections and patrols to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to maintain high performance standards.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, personnel performance, and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with management and clients to address security concerns and improve procedures.
  • Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and other relevant data.
  • Travel to remote sites and locations.
