What You’ll Do:

As a Director of Security, you are the face of Unitus Security at your assigned property. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership amp; Team Building: Create a positive, professional, and accountable work culture by building camaraderie and trust with your team and stakeholders.
  • Client Support: Work closely with property management to ensure all security needs are met with excellence.
  • Scheduling amp; Staffing: Oversee team schedules, ensure coverage, and work with recruiters to bring in new officers as needed.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage payroll reports, meetings, and operational tasks (Excel amp; Word proficiency is helpful).
  • Site Security amp; Compliance: Ensure a high standard of conduct, enforce dress codes, and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary.
  • Strategic Planning: Identify coverage gaps, handle unexpected events, and take ownership of your role to make it your own.
