Job Description

Duration: 5 Years, Contract

Job Responsibilities:

Review and provide comments on Client/controls on reports developed for improving pressurization (dP) recovery times and minimizing failures during power loss and power restoration / recovery - Weekly
Provide recommendations for improvements to the current Client PPCL code. The objective is to improve the current sequence of operation by removing unnecessary complexities in the current code and thereby improve reliability - Weekly
Assist Client team with addressing issues during commissioning and inability to meet the design acceptance criteria - Daily
Review and evaluate commissioning functional test results - Weekly
Review and evaluate commissioning reports - Daily
Inspection of the mechanical/controls progress. This includes on site presence as required. Provide Construction Punch List - Ad-Hoc
Review of drawings, specifications for projects as assigned - Ad-Hoc
Review Client control submittals and sequences of operations as assigned - Ad-Hoc
Support the development of Client controls and commissioning requirements /guidance required for the 2022 DRM review and update - Weekly

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Associate's

Skills (Ranked By Priority):

Experience and knowledge in providing professional support services in mechanical engineering design and controls for laboratories, animal facilities, healthcare, and cGMP facilities.
Experience with hands-on commissioning, sequences of operation, Client programming, troubleshooting, developing functional tests protocols and physical inspection to proper installation and operation
1, 2, 3, 4, 5 represents priority rankings, where 1 is highest priority and 5 is lowest priority of those ranked
