Marketing & Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage our PR program.  Work with PR firm, subject matter experts and our ecosystem to craft a winning strategy supporting the generation of meaningful content and stories; draft press releases; manage the PR calendar; co-ordinate articles, interviews and market engagements and to execute campaigns.
• Manage our social media strategy, content and presence.   Deliver relevant organic content and clever re-marketing elements to drive followers within our ecosystem of customers, dealers, end users and stakeholders.  Automate, track, report and optimize the entire program.
• Manage the generation and communication of key marketing assets and training tools such as presentations, case studies, videos, website content, and more
• Engage key industry associations and groups in the company's story and conversation

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing communications, PR, brand and social media experience. Agency experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent storytelling and writing skills to help drive content
• Creative and visionary communication skills
• Proven ability to develop powerful, highly visual presentations
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fluid environment across multiple functional groups
• Proficient with MS office and presentation tools (Keynote or PowerPoint)
• Experience in planning and managing video communications, both corporate and targeted vignettes
• Experience in B2B (B2B2B a plus) marketing
• Strong listening and collaboration skills
• An interest in sustainability and EVs
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time and resources effectively
• A 4-year degree in a related field like English, Communications, Marketing (flexible for the right person with the right attitude and drive)
