Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Event Planner with a strong background in the automation industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and seminars. Additionally, this individual should have a keen eye for video production and editing, as he will be responsible for creating compelling visual content to support our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of company events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
2. Develop event strategies to maximize brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
3. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of event objectives with overall business goals.
4. Conduct, create and edit high-quality videos to promote company products, services, and events.
5. Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
6. Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably within the automation industry.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Flexibility to travel as needed for on-site event coordination.
6. Proficiency in video shooting and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
