JD EDWARDS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES MANAGER

We are looking for a confident leader who has at least 10 years of experience leading teams of JD Edwards consultants. We need someone who has grown a team from 50+ to 75+ consultants or more. Our JD Edwards Professional Services Manager will lead our team of consultants to deliver on-time, best of class solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 10+ years experience
• 10+ years of JD Edwards Application experience
• 10+ years Consulting Management experience
• Driven, self-starter with exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Clear, concise, and direct communication style; able to "call to action"
• Knowledge of customer experience and process improvement
• Highly effective in-person, phone, and written communication skills
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment while achieving personal production goals
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
• Passion and experience helping clients succeed with complex JD Edwards transformation projects and managed services
• Experience having led and grown an IT professional services firm delivering project and managed services
• Experience Leading and managing functional and technical teams required
• Project Management of ERP/Software Implementations and/or Upgrades
• Cyber security and SOC 2 compliance for a 60 person firm desirable
• Ability to identify, implement and measure processes necessary to keep clients delighted

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead, Manage and hold Accountable (LMA) direct reports - JD Edwards Functional/Technical resources
• Key member of executive leadership team reporting directly to the Integrator/President
• Work closely with Sales to deliver winning JD Edwards product, project and managed services solutions for our clients.
• Understands the perishable nature of consulting billable hours for the team
• Possess a well-organized approach to capturing priorities and following through on action items
• Proactively engage the appropriate resources for a given activity and must be aware of which resources are not required (e.g., those that can be informed at a later date)
• Ability to bring structure to loosely defined processes and help develop requirements and process when presented with ambiguity
• Experience in delivering complex, global, business-critical enterprise application projects.
• Successful in leading teams that design, develop, deploy, support and govern business applications, with a proven track record in BI, CRM, ERP
• Understand the use of JD Edwards in a Hybrid Cloud environment
• Own P&L/budget and scorecard metrics for the projects and managed services teams.
• Deliver and execute sold engagements according to agreed-upon standards and metrics.
• Build team capacity and develop resources according to organizational strategy.
• Build professional services processes for both managed and project-based IT services.
• Recommend and implement systems and tools to grow our IT project and managed services.
• Maintain and cultivate key relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Lead our B.E.S.T. (short for Budget, Expectations, Sign-off and Timeline) proven process to keep our clients engaged and informed throughout their project and/or managed service initiative.

EDUCATION

A four-year college degree or 10+ years of direct experience and certifications.
