Job Overview:

Wildpack is looking for a dedicated, full-time Supervisor for our Beverage Production (Co-packing and Decoration / Sleeving) with an interest in supporting a rapidly growing company. We are looking for a results-oriented line leader to supervise a variety of shifts on our company's beverage production line. You will be setting up the production line to complete specific orders, overseeing assembly line workers, and ensuring that orders are completed on time and within budget. We are looking for you to take charge of projects and to confidently navigate competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing work schedules and assigning decoration production line tasks
• Evaluate incoming orders and set up the production line accordingly
• Ensure regular maintenance of equipment
• Conduct random inspection of on-going production processes reporting to Plant Manager
• Follow production schedule to meet customer delivery dates
• Comply with the philosophy of helping the company to maintain a “continual improvement” culture
• Ensure proper procedures are in place and being followed for production efficiency, quality of product, employee safety, state, and federal guidelines
• Monitor employees’ work schedules to meet needs of business
• Recommend improvements to reduce cost and drive productivity 
• Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in problem solving
• Maintain time and production records as required
• Keep work area clean and organized to ensure it is always presentable
• Lead assigned employees in scheduling and daily activities, ensuring effective selection, retention, feedback, and performance of assigned shift
• Lead, train and instruct production staff

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ production line experience in a Food & Beverage industry or similar
• Ability to lead, follow, and facilitate Safety/Security Policies and Procedures
• Ability to follow all Sanitation and Quality Policies and Procedures, and report and follow through on any deficiencies
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to lift objects at least 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
