As an Assisted Living Facility Health Services Director (RN or LPN), you'll play a vital role in ensuring the ethical, professional, and comprehensive delivery of healthcare services. Reporting directly to the Administrator, you'll coordinate and facilitate health and wellness services employee educational requirements in alignment with State and Federal licensure for Assisted Living.

Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In this full-time role, you'll provide assisted living level of care, working 40 hours per week, with additional shared on-call duties for emergency/staff consultation. As a licensed RN in Oregon, you'll delegate nursing tasks in accordance with state regulations and oversee medication delivery systems. Collaborating with the facility administrator, you'll participate in the development of policies affecting healthcare services, facilitate educational programs, and contribute to a quality assurance program.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited program of nursing education with current registration in the state of Oregon. One year of experience in an extended care or assisted living facility desired. Good mental and physical health, sound judgment, high moral standards, and a sincere desire to work with the aged and those with limited capacity for self-care. Ability to manage and supervise employees, teach others, and make independent decisions.
