v New Hours-Salons are open M-F 9am-8pm, Sat 9-6/7 & Sun 9-5

We are locally owned with several successful Salons in NH and salons are still growing

NH Cosmetology License is required-Manager is a working (behind the chair) hair stylist as well

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop a strong team of hair artists that feel loved and supported

• Schedule salon to meet customer demand in a fair and equitable manner for all team members
• Ensure our customers have a great overall experience while in our salon and can't wait to return
• Ensure all services meet high quality standards
• Promote services, products and discounts on social media
• Help staff maximize their earning potential

• Ability to be the professional leader while coaching your team to provide an exceptional, high quality guest service
• A dependable, TEAM player with strong leadership qualities
• Ability to perform consistently in an environment that requires multi-tasking and working at a fast pace while demonstrating accountability, integrity, and time management skills

• Licensed Cosmetologist as our managers are working stylists as well.
