Belt Salon, a two-location Aveda Concept Salon serving Manatee County, is seeking an experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations across both our Bradenton and Palmetto locations.

This is an operations-focused leadership role — not behind the chair. You'll be the person who keeps both salons running smoothly so our stylists can do their best work.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations at both the Bradenton and Palmetto locations
  • Lead, support, and develop salon teams across both sites

  • Prior salon experience is required
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities across two locations
  • Reliable, professional, and self-directed

Schedule

  • Tuesday through Saturday
  • Must be able to travel between our Bradenton and Palmetto locations as needed

Our talented teams of stylists and professionals are dedicated to creating an outstanding guest experience in a welcoming, professional environment.
