Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our chiropractic clinic as a Receptionist Scheduler. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing appointments and administrative tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth flow of operations within the clinic by scheduling appointments, greeting patients, managing patient records, and handling inquiries both in-person and over the phone. The office is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 to 5

Responsibilities:

1. Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
2. Schedule patient appointments using our electronic scheduling system, coordinating with chiropractors and other staff members to optimize appointment availability.
3. Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries, providing information about our services, appointment availability, and clinic policies.
4. Verify patient insurance coverage and collect co-payments or payments for services rendered.
5. Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
6. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and managing office supplies.
7. Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and remind them of upcoming visits.
8. Handle patient concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
9. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
10. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, promoting a professional and inviting atmosphere for patients and visitors.
