Biamp is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the global Biamp sales team and the Vice President of Sales. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills. This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. A successful Sales Administrator will provide high-level support by coordinating various activities and recurring events, preparing sales reports, addressing information requests, and performing administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving and touring visitors, scheduling and coordinating conference calls and meetings.

Biamp is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the global Biamp sales team and the Vice President of Sales. A successful Sales Administrator will provide high-level support by coordinating various activities and recurring events, preparing sales reports, addressing information requests, and performing administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving and touring visitors, scheduling and coordinating conference calls and meetings.
How you'll contribute:
- Provide administrative support across the Biamp Sales organization:
- Coordinate the sales promotional items and swag program.
- Organize Sales onboarding for new employees.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and creating sales collateral.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, customer information and sales pipelines using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable platforms.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, contracts, and proposals.
- Lead and coordinate program logistics for customer visits and other customer engagement events hosted on-site.
- General research and analysis on market and industry trends, including competitive intelligence and observable sales opportunities.
- Executive support to VP of Sales, and provide seamless communication with internal cross-functional executive leaders, and external stakeholders:
- Assist in coordination of travel, including organization of expenses and reports in Concur.
- Serve as VP of Sales' primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Coordinate and manage the VP of Sales' calendar, attend appropriate meetings and record, compile and distribute meeting minutes.
- Support VP of Sales in various projects and initiatives, coordinating tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across departments.
- Together with VP of Sales and other cross-functional players, coordinate sales events and meetings, including annual Biamp Global Sales Meeting (GSM).
- Other duties as assigned by the VP of Sales.
A successful candidate should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales Administration, or Executive Administration experience supporting a Sales executive.
- Fluency in the Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.), SharePoint, and conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Exceptional organizational, time management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and align with cross functional deadlines with a keen eye on the details.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Ability to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
- A proactive and resourceful approach with a positive outlook and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
Some nice-to-haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field.
- Previous experience within technology or manufacturing fields.
- Past experience with large-scale event coordination.
