Job Specifics:

• Location: Sarasota, FL.
• Candidates must reside within a 30-minute radius of the area and have access to a personal vehicle for occasional work-related tasks.

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 + Bonus Potential on Growth of Profitability

Working Hours:

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as required.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate services effectively.
• Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials across various channels.
• Coordinate with our team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and optimize future efforts.
• Collaborate with agents to understand their needs and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive.
• Delight clients and leads with exceptional service, fostering referrals and building lasting relationships.
• Plan and execute client events at a high level.
• Serve as a right-hand to stakeholders.
• Keep our client database in tip-top shape, following up on leads and staying ahead of the game.
• Dive deep into market research, compiling insightful reports that drive our success.
• Support our agents in meeting deadlines and crushing goals, because teamwork makes the dream work!
• Implement and maintain systems that boost productivity and efficiency across the board.
• Assist with budgeting and record-keeping, because every penny counts in our journey to success.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or service-based industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, marketing automation tools, CRMs, and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
