Hiring Urgently!
We're looking for an experienced staffing specialist fluent in English & Spanish to join our growing team! The successful candidate in this position should have a proven track record in the staffing or recruiting industry.
Responsibilities:
- Use of recruiting platforms (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Facebook, Craigslist and LinkedIn).
- Assist candidates through onboarding process.
- Handle of sensitive documentation.
- Monitoring open positions closely and track positions coming available.
- Communicate with clients via telephone and email.
- Cold calling.
- Uploading of documents into HRIS system.
- Verifying I9 forms, W4 forms, medical, vision and dental benefit forms.
- Attend job fairs and other recruiting events.
- Organize fun events for employees.
- Assist with social media content as necessary.
- Overtime as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience recruiting. (2 year + preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer knowledge.
- 40wpm typing average.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
