The Jefferson, Washington DC is seeking a Client Services Analyst to join the team at our award-winning hotel.

Job Summary:

The position of Client Services Analyst primarily assists staff in Hotel with technical support of desktop computers, applications and all hotel related technology.

Responsibilities:

  • As the on property contact, be attentive to the IT needs of our guests while providing exceptional customer service
  • Provide Tier 1 triage of user support requests and organizes, distributes, and verifies the work IT Support Specialists.
  • Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems, including file servers, email servers, application servers and administrative systems
  • Performs routine preventative maintenance
  • Providing support to employees through the Help Desk and creating instructional documents
  • Offering support for domain users by creating user accounts, resetting passwords, and managing group policies
  • Configuring laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and shared office technology to meet end-users requirements
  • Imaging and cloning Windows workstations on various hardware types
  • Supporting A/V equipment-related issues in conference rooms that utilize Zoom and Solstice technologies, ensuring smooth operation during meetings and presentations

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be able to report to work on property daily
  • Availability for Evenings & Weekends
  • Availability to be on-call on an as needed basis
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent Customer relationship skills
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and software as well as Adobe Acrobat, Symantec antivirus, and other products MS Office, Networking, Programming, Active Directory, Database Management
