Account Services Specialist

As an Account Services Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team responsible for supporting our network of advisors in all things related to service and operations. As a member of the Service, Trading, & Operations team, the Cashiering Specialist will work with advisors and internal team members to move client funds at our custodian partners as well as on our portfolio management systems.

We are open to local St. Louis candidates offering a hybrid working schedule, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages and accurately processes cases in the Salesforce queue per the team’s service standards.
• Provides status updates, as needed, to Service Managers and advisors regarding pending transactions and service requests.
• Works with custodian partners to resolve any outstanding issues and come up with creative solutions to complex issues that arise.
• Remains proactive when problem solving on behalf of our advisors’ clients.
• Uses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as this role is client-facing
• Provides Regional Ops phone support
• Is highly organized and has strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver excellent results
• Remains current on trends and policy changes required by custodians due to regulatory changes

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2+ years working in financial services or client services preferred. Experience working with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing a plus.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment while executing service level standards
• Desire to take ownership and provide the best customer service in the industry
• Proactive with the ability to think ahead and act independently
• Must work well in a team environment, supporting others and filling in as necessary
