Job Description:

As an Associate Dentist at Vail Family Dentistry, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch dental care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Comprehensive Care: Conducting thorough examinations to diagnose and treat a variety of oral health issues, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and techniques
• Advanced Treatments: Providing a range of dental services, from routine cleanings to more complex procedures, ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care
• Patient Education: Empowering patients with knowledge about oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care, fostering long-term dental health

Qualifications and Skills:

• Expertise: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD), with 0-5 years of experience, Endodontic and implant experience preferred
• Licensing: State license to practice dentistry and CPR certification
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to use dental instruments and equipment with precision, coupled with strong hand-eye coordination
• Soft Skills: Effective communication, collaboration, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset are essential for success in our team-oriented environment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: Annual earning potential of $180,000.00 - $250,000.00, including a guaranteed day rate and production-based incentives:
• New Graduates: $650 - $750 day rate
• Tenured: $800+ day rate (D.O.E.)
