Job Description

Responsibilities:

Analyze prescriptions and recommend appropriate eyewear options.
Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that suit their style and visual needs.
Accurately measure and fit eyeglasses and contact lenses.
Handle billing and insurance claims efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends and new eyewear technologies.
Qualifications:
National certification (preferred but not required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in an optical setting.
Strong communication skills and a passion for exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of lens materials, coatings, and frame styles.
