Job Description

eTurns TrackStock Technical Software Support/Customer Success Specialist

The eTurns TrackStock Customer Success Specialist is primarily responsible for resolving/coordinating technical support request questions and issues submitted by customers via phone and email about our software. They are also responsible for completing approved special projects, training documentation, and implementation tasks assigned. After coming up to speed on the software, they are also expected to to customer onboarding to our software as well as field inbound sales calls by offering demos of our software.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Become a product expert on our inventory management software product and knowledgeable about Point-of-Use Inventory Management. Learn our full product offerings from mobile scanning to IoT solutions

  • Support: Answer support calls from customers and make them feel successful

  • Training and Onboarding: After ramping up on our software, you would be onboarding customers to our software by teaching them how to use it.

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills: Respond to customer support tickets, requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Sales: Supplement income by converting inbound leads to new customers

  • Assist other departments with implementation and special project tasks

  • Update TrackStock user guides when new features released

  • Respond to voicemails and emails

Experience:

  • Experience doing technical support for customers, preferably in software.

  • Willingness to do sales demos of our software to convert inbound leads to customers.

Education:

  • High School or GED

  • Some College preferred
