Job DescriptionCompany Description
Manager is responsible for sales, account management and day to day production, client satisfaction, and overall efficiency of business in assigned territory (DMV area).
The primary focus is to generate sales(revenue) from new and existing clients and increase sales within multifamily industry local market.
Full-time job , weekly pay; bonus paid bi-annually if sales targets are achieved, company vehicle is provided.
Requirements for this Role:
- Bilingual (English -Spanish) will be preferred
- Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record (free of suspensions, DUI, moving violations in past 5 years)
- Valid work authorization in US
- Min 1 year of demonstrated experience managing at least 10 employees at multi-location worksites
- Demonstrated experience in managing construction or renovation projects
- Demonstrated experience writing renovations or home improvement estimates
- Detail-oriented self-starter with outstanding communication, organization, and people skills
- Strong planning and time management
- Excellent work ethic and quality improvement orientation
- Strong working knowledge of computers with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
