Unit Turn & Renovation Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

Renovation Rewind is seeking an experienced Unit Turn & Renovation Specialist to complete full apartment renovations and prepare units for move-in. This is a hands-on position requiring experience across multiple construction trades and the ability to complete quality work with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Complete full apartment unit turns and renovations from start to finish

•   Demolition and removal of existing materials

•   Drywall installation, repair, texture, and patching

•   Interior painting and finish work

•   Flooring and carpet installation/replacement

•   Window and door replacement

•   Baseboards, trim, closet rods, shelving, and finish carpentry

•   Cabinet, countertop, vanity, and backsplash installation

•   Basic plumbing and electrical repairs/installations

•   Appliance and fixture installation

•   Complete final punch-list items and ensure units are move-in ready

•   Maintain a clean and safe job site and meet project deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

•   Experience in apartment renovations, unit turns, residential remodeling, or construction

•   Must be skilled in multiple trades and capable of completing a full unit renovation

•   Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

•   Must have reliable transportation

•   Must have own tools

•   Must be physically capable of performing construction-related duties

•   Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

•   Must be able to reliably work on-site in Douglas, AZ

COMPENSATION

•   Pay: $4,000 per unit (negotiable)

•   Hours: Full-Time
