Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform commercial and residential work that may include pipe fitting, insulating, welding, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, repairing buildings, floors, drywall, decking or stairs, and installing new equipment.
You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!
Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery and equipment.
  • Installation of floors, decks, framing, drywall, painting etc.
  • Repair structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices
  • Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
  • Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis
